Shipping policy

  1. Processing Time

    • Due to the handmade nature of the garments orders usually take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship. Please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to be processed as variables like workload changes and personal commitments may arise. 

  2. Shipping Methods & Fees

    • Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the order. Shipping rates are standardized, and the most appropriate option will be selected on the shipping end when it is time to do so. 
    • Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days after the order has been processed. Expedited shipping options are available at an extra cost for faster delivery.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the order has been dispatched.

  4. International Shipping

    • International shipping is available to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

  5. Shipping Delays

    • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of my control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. Unfortunately, delays cannot be anticipated or guaranteed, but updates will be provided as necessary.

  6. Address Accuracy

    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Ezra Ketter Smith is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  7. Packaging

    • Every garment is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives in optimal condition.
