    • Ezra Ketter Smith provides handmade garments intended to feel like a deep breath. The right to change, update, or discontinue products at any time without notice is reserved.

  2. Product Availability & Accuracy

    • Efforts are made to ensure that all product information, including images, descriptions, and prices, are accurate. However, product availability is subject to change without notice, and availability cannot be guaranteed

  3. Ordering & Payment

    • All orders are subject to acceptance. Payments must be completed before the construction process can begin. Accepted payment methods include Paypal, ShopPay, Google Pay, and more depending on your country of origin. 

  4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Shipping fees and delivery times are provided at checkout and are personally calculated based on previous experience. Due to the handmade nature of the garments, construction usually takes 2-3 weeks, but please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to be completed. This time frame is subject to change based on workload and size of the order. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to third-party shipping carriers. No responsibility is accepted for delays caused by them.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All content on this site, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Ezra Kettersmith. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • No responsibility is accepted for any damages or losses resulting from the use of products. By purchasing from this site, customers acknowledge full responsibility for the use of the garments. If you have a functional issue with your garment (ex. button falling off) please contact us with relevant details through email. 

  7. Modifications

    • These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting.

    • Customer privacy is respected, and all personal information collected during the purchase process is handled securely, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
