PAW*20 - Cropped Beach Denim

A pair of cropped beach denim. One of the central tenets of PAW* is attempting to create my version of pieces I have seen elsewhere, which is the case for these pants. I initially saw a pair of cropped wide denim on my friend Joel's Instagram, which I was obsessed with the fit of.  After inquiring, they turned out to be Yohji Yamamoto SS15. I asked for some detailed pictures and based my pattern on the original with my details including an accent belt and full-length pleats. I call these beach denim because they were designed to feel like the trousers you would wear on a long sandy walk back to your car after a swim on a hot day.
