The Shelter Looong Johns are a base layer that is designed to be an extension of your being. Primarily inspired by human anatomy, this piece resembles the facial system found in chains throughout the body. It serves as an extra protective layer of tissue, almost like superficial skin. Constructed out of a high elastane cotton ribbing, this piece fits tight and has a considerable amount of stretch with allows the wearer to move without restriction. The fit is long in the arms and body so it can pool and cause a stacking effect. The main design components of this piece are the tree seam and birch tacking found on the chest, back, and arms which are meant to resemble a skewed birch tree in the midst of winter.
